Commercial Terms of Service
By registering a corporate account and utilizing the Velo Global Supply infrastructure, your enterprise agrees to the following standard commercial terms:
1. Sourcing & Purchasing Execution
- Velo Global Supply acts strictly as a sourcing agent and distributor on behalf of the registered Enterprise.
- All purchase requests submitted through the Velo Routing Infrastructure require formal approval. Approval is strictly defined as the uploading of a valid Purchase Order (PO) document by an authorized Branch Buyer or Master Admin via the secure portal.
- Verbal or email-based approvals outside of the portal infrastructure do not constitute a formal authorization to purchase.
2. Payment Terms & Invoicing
- Payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) are established during the initial Enterprise onboarding process and are linked to the specific Enterprise profile.
- Invoices are generated upon the execution of a Purchase Order and the confirmed shipment of goods.
- Invoices will be directed to the designated Accounts Payable (AP) email address configured for the originating Location/Branch within the Velo portal.
Privacy & Data Security Policy
Velo Global Supply is committed to protecting the sensitive operational and financial data of our enterprise clients. This platform is not a consumer application; our data policies reflect strict B2B security standards.
1. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
- Velo utilizes a multi-tenant database architecture. All corporate data, including vendor profiles, sourcing histories, W-9 documentation, and ACH banking instructions, are strictly cryptographically isolated to your Enterprise ID.
- Within your Enterprise, data is further restricted via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Branch Buyers are restricted from viewing data belonging to other branches.
2. Authentication Security
- Velo employs a passwordless, token-based authentication system (Magic Links) to prevent password-guessing attacks and reduce login friction. Access tokens are short-lived and cryptographically bound to the authorized corporate email address.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data. Velo Global Supply will never sell, rent, or lease your corporate purchasing data, vendor lists, or user information to any third party for marketing or analytics purposes.
- Data is only shared with our logistics and supply chain partners strictly as necessary to execute your requested purchase orders and facilitate physical deliveries.
